SEO Subscription Service

Subscribers may cancel their SEO service subscription with a 30-day notice. To initiate the cancellation process, subscribers must contact our support team at services@creativo-websolutions.com with their account details and request for cancellation.

Cancellation Process:

  • The subscriber must inform us 30 days prior to the desired end date of the service.
  • The cancellation will be effective 30 days after the notice is received.
  • No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the month once the cancellation period has commenced.

AI Sales Agent Subscription Service

Subscribers may cancel their AI Sales Agent subscription with a 15-day notice. To initiate the cancellation process, subscribers must contact our support team at services@creativo-websolutions.com with their account details and request for cancellation.

Cancellation Process:

  • The subscriber must inform us 15 days prior to the desired end date of the service.

Web Development (One-Time Payment Plan)

Refund Policy for Web Development

Clients who have made a down payment for web development can request a refund under certain conditions. If the design process has already begun and the client decides to cancel due to a change of mind, the following refund policy applies:

Refund Terms:

  • The client is entitled to a refund of their down payment subject to a 50% deduction.
  • The 50% deduction compensates for the resources and time spent on project commencement and design work up to that point.

Refund Request Process:

  • Clients must submit a written request for a refund to our support team at services@creativo-websolutions.com.
  • Upon receipt of the request, we will review it to confirm eligibility based on our policy terms.
  • If eligible, the refund (subject to the 50% deduction) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
